In order to help answer any last minute questions, we’ve put together this special holiday FAQ before we take a much-needed holiday break! There’s a good chance you’ll find the answer to your question on this handy list. We’ll be back in the office on Tuesday January 3rd to answer any questions that don’t get covered here.

Note: As a reminder, we have launched our new software, so to log in you will need to create a new password using the ‘Forgot password’ link before you place your order.

Are you trying to place an order?

For December orders, we are all finished for the year and closed for the holidays, except for our very last False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf pick-up on Thursday, Dec. 22nd, 3-7pm. If you’re a member in Vancouver, come visit us Thursday afternoon on the wharf as a ‘walk-up’ as online ordering is now closed.

For January orders in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, please log in to our new software and place an order after Boxing Day. You’ll need to use the ‘Forgot password’ link and reset your password for your first time logging in to our new updated system.

For all other locations, we’ll see you next year and look out for our first emails of the New Year! Our 2023 pick-up schedules will be posted soon.

Are you trying to renew for 2023?

You’ll need to log in to our new software, and use the ‘Forgot password’ link to create a new password. Then follow the prompts to get logged in and easily renew your 2023 membership. If you have any trouble with our new software, feel free to email us screenshots or a description of what the issue looks like and we can investigate in the new year!

Would you like your new Gift Membership activated?

Congrats on receiving the gift of Skipper Otto! We have just updated our software and the PDF instructions you received may no longer be current. Instead, please email us at [email protected] with your name, email address, phone number and mailing address and we’ll get you set up as soon as when we are back in the office in the new year!

Are you looking for Gift Memberships to purchase for the holidays?

If you would like to purchase a gift membership for a renewal or a first time member, please use this link to our website page and follow the instructions for purchasing a membership. Please note we do not contact the gift recipient. In order to not ruin the surprise, we send you a nice PDF instead that you can either print out or attach to an email message from yourself to the recipient! The recipient just needs to email us and we’ll get them set up in our new software.

If you would like to purchase a ‘top up’ for a renewed member or a member who plans on renewing for 2023, please use this link to our website page and we’ll add all gift top ups in the new year when we return to the office.

Did you miss spending your 2022 seafood share?

If you’re reaching out before our final pick-up at False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf on December 22nd, 3-7pm please come down and visit us there to take home your seafood share from our large available selection. If you were a member throughout 2022, it’s important to spend all of your share credits (though we can roll over small remaining amounts for renewing members).

Have you missed your pick-up at a Community Partner Pick-up Location?

Please head in to collect your seafood as soon as possible! You can also send in a friend instead if needed. You can find your order details, location and pick-up dates in the Order Confirmation email you received when you first placed the order.

Feel free to call in to the store first and check if they still have your order, letting them know that your name may not be on their current list. It’s very important that we help our Community Partners clear out their freezers ahead of the holidays, so we appreciate your help with this request. We will be back in office in the new year for any questions!
