Holiday Seacuterie Board

Four smoked salmon flavours, a few festive touches and zero cooking required. Here’s how to build a holiday board your guests will be talking about.

When it comes to holiday entertaining, a beautiful board does a lot of the heavy lifting. Our limited Holiday Seacuterie Bundle gives you four ready-to-eat smoked salmon flavours: classic and peppered Chinook strips, candied Chinook nuggets, and a candied peppered sockeye nugget you’ll only find in this bundle. Just thaw, arrange and add a few festive touches for a showstopping, low-prep spread.

Servings: 6-8 people as an appetizer

Prep Time: ~15 mins | Cook Time: None

Ingredients

  • 1 Holiday Seacuterie Bundle, thawed
    • Smoked Chinook salmon strips (227g, skin-on)
    • Peppered Chinook salmon strips (227g, skin-on)
    • Candied Chinook salmon nuggets (227g, skinless)
    • Candied peppered sockeye salmon nuggets (200g, skinless)
  • Good bread and crackers
  • Soft cheese
  • Pickles
  • Fresh greenery or pine sprigs, for decorating
  • Something bubbly, to serve

Directions

  1. Lay down a neutral linen and set out a wooden board or large serving platter as the base of your display.
  2. Arrange the smoked salmon in distinct clusters or flowing lines across the board, giving each flavour its own spot.
  3. Fill the gaps with bread, crackers, soft cheese and pickles.
  4. Tuck fresh greenery or pine sprigs around the edges for a simple, festive touch. Set out glassware and pour something bubbly.

Notes

  • Each product is individually packaged, so you can thaw the full bundle for a crowd or open one pack at a time to enjoy throughout the season.
