We’ve put together this special holiday FAQ for you so we don’t leave you hanging while we take a much-needed holiday break! We’ll be back in the office on January 4th to answer any questions that don’t get covered here.

Are you trying to place an order?

We are all finished for the year and closed for the holidays, except for our very last False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf pick-up on Thursday, Dec. 23rd, 3-7pm. If you’re a member in Vancouver, feel free to pre-order by logging into the Dock before Monday, Dec. 20th, at 9 am or if you’re having trouble just come visit us Thursday afternoon as a walk-up. 

For all other locations we’ll see you next year and look out for our first emails of the New Year! Our 2022 pick-up schedules will be posted soon.

Are you trying to renew for 2022?

You’ll need to log in, check out the menu to find SHARE CREDITS and then click on ‘Membership Renewal’. Follow those prompts and be sure to select ‘Pay by Credit Card’ if that’s how you plan on paying!

Would you like your new Gift Membership activated?

Congrats on receiving the gift of Skipper Otto! Please follow the instructions on the PDF here, and once we’ve received your email, we will set up your account and get in touch when we are back in office in the new year!

Are you looking for Gift Memberships to purchase for the holidays?

If you would like to purchase a gift membership, please use this link to our website page and follow the instructions for purchasing a membership. Please note we do not contact the gift recipient. In order to not ruin the surprise, we send you a nice PDF instead that you can either print out or attach to an email message from yourself to the recipient!

If you would like to purchase a membership renewal for a current member, you can still purchase a ‘New Member’ gift and disregard the instructions for setting up a new account on page 2 of the PDF.

Are you curious about the ongoing advocacy Sonia and the team are doing around spot prawn tubbing in BC?

We welcome your questions and comments, and while we are continually working on this urgent matter and keeping up to date over the holidays, we will not be answering emails until the new year. We look forward to connecting then! Here is a link to the petition.

Did you miss spending your 2021 seafood share?

If you’re reaching out before our final pick-up at False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf on December 23rd, 3-7pm then please visit us there and take home your seafood share. Otherwise we are back in office after the new year and can help problem-solve then! 

Have you missed your pick-up at a Community Partner Pick-up Location?

Please head in to collect your seafood as soon as possible! Feel free to call in to the store and check if they still have your order, letting them know your name will not be on their current list. It’s very important that we help our volunteers get their freezers clear ahead of the holidays and your help is appreciated. We will be back in office in the new year for any questions!
