Rumi, our lovely third-generation fish cutter, has offered to teach our members how to properly fillet a fish.

You don’t want to miss this free, hands-on demonstration. Rumi has filleted hundreds of thousands of fish during her career, and loves to share her know-how. No fillet knife, no problem!  Rumi only uses basic knifes and will show you her simple, surefire method for beautiful fillets.

If you have been wanting to get your hands on fresh fish but have been intimidated by the thought of filleting, this is your chance to gain the skills and confidence. Bring your questions and video recorders 🙂
