Salmon

We have a wide variety of salmon products to choose from. While specific offerings can vary, our mainstay products are flash-frozen, boneless, skin-on fillets and portions, all in sizes between 1 lb and ½ lb each. We also carry hot-smoked and cold-smoked salmon and various canned salmon products.

Salmon is caught between June and October on the BC coast, but we aim to keep it in stock year-round. The gear methods used by our salmon fishers are either gillnet or trolling.

pricing

We buy directly from our fishers, which allows us to offer our members competitive prices while paying our fishers fair wages. The prices for 2024 are shown here. Prices can fluctuate each year, and higher price ranges reflect the inclusion of shipping costs for locations outside of Metro Vancouver.

  • Toan Thi La

Toan is a third generation fisher and her passion for fishing started when she was a child, as her grandfather was a fisher and she was then taught by her father, who owned and operated many fishing boats in Vietnam. Her vessel is named after her youngest child, and although none of her children fish with her, she often has the help of her husband, Hong, on board as her crew.
