We’re running into an issue with our website provider where the balances aren’t being properly updated on our members side.
When you order a fish online, you are charged a price estimate. After the pickup, I go in to adjust the price based on the weight of your actual fish. What’s happening is sometimes in your email confirmations, your balance is not being adjusted on your “side” of the website. Everything is running smoothly on our side so we have your correct information and balance history. We’re working with our website provider to get this fixed as soon as possible, and to make it so members have access to their balance history.
