How to Fillet a Salmon

Our members have the option to take their share in whole fish or in professionally filleted, vacuum sealed portions. While taking home a whole fish can be intimidating at first, learning how to fillet a fish can also be fun and rewarding! In this video, our processor, Rumi Hokubay, demonstrates how she and her crew fillet our fish using the traditional Japanese method, San-Mai Ni Orosu.
