And while we can never guarantee any certain species, we can guarantee you’ll have a wide selection of products to choose from!
Our wild, flash-frozen, sushi-grade salmon will be the star of any meal. We catch all five species: sockeye, chinook, coho, chum, and pink salmon. From whole fish to fillets, cold-smoked lox, hot smoked maple or pepper nuggets and canned salmon, you will find lots of different ways to make our salmon part of your meals.
Halibut, sablefish, lingcod, hake, and rockfish are staples in our offerings. These mild fillets are versatile in both simple baked recipes or in out-of-this world fish and chips, tacos and chowders.
Our frozen-at-sea albacore tuna loins are sushi-grade, and delicious raw or lightly seared. Our regular and smoked canned tuna also makes an amazing sandwich or salad addition!
Shrimp & Prawns
Our wild, frozen-at-sea shrimp, prawns, taste as fresh as the day they were caught! During spot prawn season, members in Vancouver can pick up live spot prawns at Fishermen's Wharf.
Between our dehydrated wakame and kombu flakes, and fresh and tinned giant kelp, we've got the sea vegetables to help you make the seaweed salad or miso soup of your dreams!
Wild, frozen-at-sea, pink and spiny scallops in the shell are one of our lesser known delicacies that members rave about. Plus, we offer live mussels to members in Vancouver every two weeks at our False Creek Fishermen's Wharf pick-up location.
