  • Wild sockeye salmon
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup real Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil


  1. Combine all ingredients less salmon in bowl and set salmon in to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill on a soaked cedar plank.
  3. Serve with watermelon and feta salad and pesto penne.
