  • Wild caught Pacific sockeye salmon filet
  • Lemongrass
  • Thyme
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Create a bed of lemongrass and thyme on a piece of foil.
  2. Lay the salmon filet on top.
  3. Top with more thyme and salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in toaster oven for 35 minutes.
