Now that the season has kicked off we are excited to announce our first ever CSF Recipe Contest. We always have members asking us for new recipes, almost as often as we have members sharing the delicious meals they’ve made with our catch. We’d like to take this opportunity to connect those fabulous creations with our other seafood lovers and, of course, offer fabulous prizes.

Heres how it works:

From now until August 31st, email your recipe and a photo to [email protected] with “Recipe” in the title. You can use any Skipper Otto’s purchased seafood in your recipe. After August 31st selected recipes will be posted on our Facebook page where it is up to our fans to select the winner. The recipe with the most individual likes and comments on Facebook will be declared our winner. The first place winner will receive a Seafood Pro Kitchen Pack ($75 value) which will include a Hendrix Cutting board, Hendrix Fillet Knife and a Skipper Otto Apron. 2nd Place Winner will be able to take their sustainable seafood home in style with a Skipper Otto Freezer bag!

Only Skipper Otto’s CSF 2014 members can enter into the contest. Anyone may vote. By sending in your recipe and photos you are agreeing to allow Skipper Otto’s Community Supported Fishery to use those materials as they wish for promotional purposes. This may include posting them to websites, social media sites, blogs, and print media as they see fit.
