This recipe is for a dry rub salmon, and was served with potatoes from Eagle Creek Farms. Eagle Creek Farms provides a CSA veggie box that can be picked up in Calgary during our seafood pick-ups.
– Salmon Fillet
– 1tbsp Paprika
– 1 tsp crushed garlic
– 1/2 -1 tsp of salt (to taste)
– 1tsp Pepper
– 1 tsp lemon zest
– 1 tsp Agave Syrup
– Juice from 1/2 lemon
– Mix rub ingredients together and spread on salmon fillet
– Bake or Grill 10-12 mins until med rare.
