Ingredients

  • Wild sockeye salmon
  • Soya sauce
  • Maple syrup
  • 5 spice
  • Quinoa
  • Beets
  • Mint

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients less salmon in bowl and spoon on top of salmon, pan fry. 
  2. Cook quinoa according to directions on package.
  3. Roast beets.
  4. Garnish with mint.
